Please read the following Alert Now message from Mrs. Ejma and Mrs. Farfan:

Juliette Low Families,

The parent forum tonight at 7:00 pm at Juliette Low is being cancelled. We will reschedule at a later time to allow parents an opportunity to meet, share ideas and give us feedback about the start of the year. We apologize for the short notice and look forward seeing you at the rescheduled date.

Prefixes were introduced during guided reading centers today.  Students were guided in the discovery of the following prefixes’ meanings: dis-, mid-, pre-, re-, un-, mis-.  My hope is that each student will be able to identify and know the meanings of the most common prefixes and derivational suffixes within the next couple weeks.
