Buzz Book/ Student Directory

**Submit all Buzz Book Information ONLINE ONLY by Friday, September 18th**

The PTO prints a student directory that is sent home with every student in the school.  This is a great resource for families to be able to connect and contact each other. In order for your child’s full name and other personal information to be included in the Buzz Book you must give permission online using the link above.

**You must submit one form for each child at Juliette Low.**

**If you do not fill out an online form your child’s information will not be printed in the Buzz Book.**
