This afternoon our classroom took the Math M.A.P. (Measures of Academic Progress) assessment.  Due to the “cold days” last week, we will take the Reading M.A.P. assessment this Friday, 1/16 in the morning. This reading test was originally scheduled for Friday, 1/9.

Here is a little bit about our day:

*This morning we “woke up” our brains (after a long break!) by reviewing what we have learned so far this year in math.  Students competed in a Jeopardy game and rotated through math centers.

*Unfortunately it was too cold for outdoor recess, so the students enjoyed recess inside.

*Day 1 of talent show tryouts occurred during recess this afternoon.
