Friday 9/19Friday 9/19
Happy Friday!
-Our math MAP assessment has been postponed until the morning of Wednesday, September 24th.
-The scholastic book fair will be held next week. Our class will take a “sneak peak” and create a wish list on Wednesday. They will have the opportunity to purchase any items on Friday.
-‘Homework Helpers’ will begin next Monday and last throughout the rest of the school year. Homework helpers is for students who require extra time to catch up on class work. For example, if a student forgets to complete an assignment they will be sent to homework helpers. This program takes place during recess/lunch time. Students who attend homework helpers will eat during the first lunch period (their normal recess time) and be in the LRC completing their unfinished assignment(s) the second half.
-This afternoon we had a school-wide PBIS celebration assembly. Students earned this assembly by receiving a certain amount of PAWS. This celebration included Officer Mike, Officer Bob, and their K9 dog Max. See a photo below to get a peak of what the students experienced!
