Happy second day of school!
New start of the school day schedule:
8:40 – students are allowed to the enter the building, but they must eat breakfast or go straight to the
gym. This is new this year.
8:50 – first bell: students are allowed to go to their classrooms
9:00 – second bell: morning announcements; everyone MUST be in their classrooms or they will be
considered tardy

This morning students were given the opportunity to free write. Some chose to write about their summer, themselves, or about what they are most excited about this school year. I am looking forward to reading what was written!
The class began a math review this afternoon. We discussed number patterns, graphing, and addition. This review will continue into early next week.
FYI: Our classroom is really cold! Please consider having your child put a sweater in their locker that can stay at school.
