We had a writer’s celebration last Friday!

The class has been working diligently on writing, revising, and editing their Jewish Migration article… then it was finally time to show off all their hard work!  The authors hung up their articles around the room for their classmates to read and make positive comments about on post-it notes.  This gallery walk was an exciting way to celebrate their accomplishments.

Throughout the writing process, students were introduced to an revision strategy called “ARMS” and a editing strategy called “CUPS” – please ask them to share with you what these acronyms mean.
